MERATV FILM FESTIVAL, organized by GR8DESIGNS™, is an annual film festival held every December in Jharkhand, dedicated to independent cinema in India. The festival showcases handpicked short films, documentaries, feature films, music videos, and AI-powered creations, offering filmmakers a curated platform to screen their work, build networks, and engage with industry professionals.

Alongside screenings, the festival hosts masterclasses, panel discussions, and exhibition stalls by production houses and OTT platforms, providing valuable insights into the evolving Indian film and OTT ecosystem.

Yet, much of its creative and cinematic potential remains unexplored. MERATV Film Festival 2026, organized by GR8DESIGNS™, aims to bring this potential into the spotlight by creating a platform for filmmakers from Jharkhand and across India to showcase their work, exchange ideas, and connect with the wider film industry.
